We needed chairs for a family member's memorial service, and they went above and beyond to work around our schedule and last-minute changes without ever making us feel like a burden — which meant everything during such a hard time. “Roman and his family were such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. Easy and prompt in all communication, extremely professional, thoughtful and seamless in their job the day of. With so much going on it was such a relief to know that I could trust them to set up our wedding and when I we all left, and forgot that they needed to come get their chairs, I simply received a photo of her backyard, exactly as it had been before the ceremony. The chairs themselves were beautiful, comfortable and very reasonably priced. He even brought a few extra just in case! For a very fair price they were able to move all her patio furniture back as it was. I could not recommend Roman and his family enough. They treated us like we too, were family.”
