What we collect when you request an event rental quote, how we use it, and who it is shared with.

Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us directly when you request a quote or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, delivery address, and the rental items you select. If you choose to add notes or special requests, we collect those too.
When you pay an invoice, payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers and banking details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never stored on our servers.
We also collect standard analytics data about how visitors use this website — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site.
How We Use It
To prepare and send your quote, confirm your booking, schedule delivery and pickup, issue invoices, and communicate with you about your event. We also use aggregate analytics to understand which pages and products people find useful so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising targeted at you on other websites.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business: Resend (transactional email), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (Calendar for scheduling, Analytics for site measurement). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How Long We Keep It
Quote requests and booking records are retained for as long as needed to service your event and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
Cookies & Analytics
This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some conveniences may not.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. Transactional messages about a booking you have made are not marketing and will continue.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
