Service and staging equipment is almost always the last thing anyone thinks about, and the first thing that's missed on the day — somewhere to stage food, somewhere to put gifts and cards, somewhere for coats. If you walk your event through hour by hour, from guest arrival to breakdown, the gaps show up quickly.
Bundle it in one delivery
Because delivery is a flat fee based on distance rather than a per-item charge, adding extras to an existing order costs nothing more to deliver. It's worth adding anything you're unsure about at quote stage — trimming an item from a quote is easy, arranging a second delivery on event week is not.
