Planning your linens rental
Getting the size right
For a 72-inch round table, a 90-inch round cloth gives a clean drop to just below the tabletop; for a floor-length look you need a larger size, so tell us which you're after. Standard rectangular banquet tables take a 54x120-inch cloth. Cocktail tables use either a 30-inch round cover or a fitted spandex cover, depending on whether you want draped or tailored.
Building a palette that photographs well
Two colors usually beat three. A neutral base cloth in white or ivory with a colored runner and napkin gives you contrast without the room looking busy, and it photographs far better under warm venue lighting than a fully saturated table. Sequin runners add sparkle on camera but read as much brighter in person than most people expect — one per table is normally the right amount.
Napkins and place settings
Allow one napkin per guest plus a small buffer for spills and last-minute additions. Patterned napkins work well when the rest of the table is plain; if your cloth or runner already carries the pattern, keep the napkins solid.
Returns and cleaning
Normal use is covered — you don't need to launder anything before returning it. Shake off debris, keep linens dry to prevent mildew, and return them in the bags provided. Excessive staining, burns, or damage is charged at replacement cost; the details are in our damage and loss policy.
