Worth knowing that clear tops heat up considerably in direct daytime sun, so pair one with fans for a daytime event. For sizing, allow roughly 10 square feet per guest for seated dining, then add space for anything that is not guests — dance floor, bar, buffet, stage. Forgetting those extras is the usual reason a tent ends up feeling tight. Tent installs are scheduled ahead of the event day rather than the morning of, and some municipalities require a permit for larger tents — ask us early and we'll tell you what your site needs. Delivery and pickup across Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland is a flat fee based on distance from our Chantilly warehouse.
