High peak pole tents have interior center poles but a more dramatic roofline, and they sit beautifully on an open lawn. For sizing, allow roughly 10 square feet per guest for seated dining, then add space for anything that is not guests — dance floor, bar, buffet, stage. Forgetting those extras is the usual reason a tent ends up feeling tight. Tent installs are scheduled ahead of the event day rather than the morning of, and some municipalities require a permit for larger tents — ask us early and we'll tell you what your site needs. Delivery and pickup across Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland is a flat fee based on distance from our Chantilly warehouse.
